Back in July, (yes, July), I took on a project which was a bit foreign to me: painting a mural. It took longer than I anticipated, but wasn't as difficult as I envisioned. I am really proud of the "Wild about Christ" mural I painted in the nursery at my church.
Hello Nneka - I purchased your beautiful art quilt, Rhythm, at the Int'l Quilt Festival in Houston. When I went by the SAQA exhibit, it caught my eye, and I had to have it. I have enjoyed it so much and haven't even hung it yet! The hand stitching you did on the hand-dyed fabrics was the perfect finishing touch. Thank you. You are very gifted.
